Windows Automation Script

I have a PC connected directly to a cable modem (no routers used) and I have a simple script (attached to this project) that releases the IP, generates a random MAC address and renews the IP so that the computer gets a brand new public IP within 10 seconds. Everything is working great however after 40-50 IP changes sometimes the cable modem fails to issue a new IP and a modem reboot is required. I need a script to automate this. Here is how the script should work... 1) Script should monitor internet connectivity, maybe by pinging a site every few seconds. 2) If the script detects the internet has been offline for more than 60 seconds it should conduct a reboot 3) In order to connect to the modem page when the PC has failed to get an IP it must manually set the IP/Subnet/Gateway as shown in this pic: [login to view URL] This appears to be an easy step done via batch file, example: [login to view URL] 4) The script should then go to the modem reboot page at [login to view URL] and click the "Reboot Cable Modem" button as shown in this screenshot: [login to view URL] 5) After a 45 second delay the script should then change the computers IP/Subnet/Gateway back to auto as shown here: [login to view URL] 6) After a 10 second pause the computer should be online again and the script will go back to monitoring as listed in step 1.
