program for tcp/ip comunication with rf module

I have an experience writing such a kind of applications. I would take prefer using c language developing this project. Is GUI required or it should be a command line program?

Before to start I have some questions: 1. How developer need to test the program remotly? Does your rf module will be connected to internet? 2. Have you got example files of communication ? The project proposal will be as follows: 1. A CLI C program will be provided to communicate with rfid module. 2. CLI provides the following commands i) connect <rfid-module> --> which establishes TCP/IP connection with the rfid module ii) send <command> <rfid-module> --> sends 8 byte command to rfid-module. Reponse will be displayed immediately or stored and later displayed. It depends on the further discussion on requirements. iii) list clients --> Which lists all connected rfid modules. iv) disconnect <rfid-module> close the TCP/IP connection with the rfid-module. 3. Any further commands will be discussed on requirement scope phase of the project.

Good Day! I have done the same project. I did a RFID Manufacturing System in a lens customization line. I need more information on the software that you need. In creating the software, I did it using visual studio with C# as the language. Hope that you will consider me as the creator of the project.
