I need an python algorithm written to work on Quantopian. It needs to also work with Robinhood. I would like it to also use 15 min data instead of 1 min. Rules: Buy Stock A when the current price of Stock A is greater than the 30 day exponential moving average of Stock A Buy Stock B when the current price of Stock A is less than the 30 day exponential moving average of Stock B Sell Stock A and buy stock B when the current price of Stock A is less than the 30 day exponential moving average of Stock A Sell Stock B and buy stock A when the current price of Stock A is greater than the 30 day exponential moving average of Stock A
