Need a professional enterprise Integration engineer for integration jobs

We have a service which we want to integrate with a few enterprise platforms, including Splunk and HP Arcsight. We want to hand this job to an engineer who has great experience working with these platforms before. You will need to setup a test machine which can run Splunk and HP Arcsight. We can provide the test machine for you so that you do not have install them on your own machine. Then you have to develop an Splunk app and a HP Arcsight app. What the apps do are not complex: 1) they periodically query our web server, download some data, and save them to a temporary table in local; 2) when users of Splunk or HP Arcsight using the apps, the apps will check the user database against the temporary table and display important information in graphics and tables. The app development is not complex but we want to have professional apps developed. If you are doing well, we can hire you for long term to help us develop other integrations and maintain current ones.
