I've been a Technical Support Associate for an Internet and cable company in the United States that focuses on excellent customer service to our clients. I don't look into what my salary would be but what I am aiming for is what I will learn from it. A lot of people nowadays are looking for a stable job with higher compensation but for me it's totally different, what I wanted to achieve is to learn and go beyond my own limitations. I am open to criticism because I know that everyone has a room for improvement. Working in a call center industry is very demanding here in the Philippines and I must say that there are a lot of competitions, higher expectations and demands. I learn to adapt myself and gain a lot of potential to work in the corporate world. Multi-tasking, responding on time and became more reliable in many ways. I ask a lot of questions relevant to work in order to make sure that I am on the right track. I'm not the person pretending that I know everything but with your help and minimal supervision can take me to the next level. I am not aiming for a higher position but if there's something that I can be at help or be something for your company to stand out, please give me the opportunity and I you will not regret from it.
