Movie file tool to create .torrent files and get IMDB info

We need a tool that takes all the movie files in a directory and create .torrent files from it, so it can be published on any bittorrent tracker. In addition, the tool should also look up information about the file on IMDB and collect data and download media (thumbnail / poster image and screenshots). It should then put the following information into a table textfile: Movie title (from IMDB) Torrent filename Short description (from IMDB) Long description (from IMDB) Thumbnail filename (download from IMDB) Screenshot filename 1 (download from IMDB) Screenshot filename 2 (download from IMDB) Screenshot filename 3 (download from IMDB)
