Design a Workflow database system - Requests such as inventory or quotes will originate from a user and may have to go through multiple levels of approval. They could be approved or rejected. Once rejected they come back into the system for requesting again. These requests could be marked complete or final so that they cant be edited again. A full history should also be maintained.
