correct minor webmin config related errors

I want 2 minor webmin related config issues to be corrected: (1) When I add a new domain through webmin, for some reason when a folder contains php files-those files are not being opened by browser, instead a window offering to download the php file opens. You have to fix this error so that I can add domains through webmin, and the appropriate php/cgi file opens correctly. (This error is not occurring for existing domains, only for new domains). (2) One SSL Certificate is installed, but I dont know the folder where the secure files are to be stored. I want that both http and https point to the same folder.
