Need Strong Perl Programmer For Long Term Maintenance Of Utility

I am a Perl programmer and I have 4,000 lines of Perl created for a utility that runs HP scripts against the server during build time. The code is very well organized and it is broken into neatly compartmentalized sub-routines. I have been promoted to management and I need to find a Perl programmer I can offload new changes to as I no longer have the time. This is all very simple Perl code running shell commands and parsing those shell commands with some logic. I need you to follow my naming conventions and generally use my style of code but you can have input on your style as well. Also we need you to add commenting in the code here and there. We don't know that exact changes as they will come constantly. Looking for an hourly resource we can give changes to during the day and we can work with at night to implement those changes. You must be very strong with Perl and have recent work completed on Freelancer we can verify.
