I have edited the bid to reflect phase 1: create the app so it is fully functional but producing an empty xml initially. The xml is to be populated as part of phase 2 for which I will request a 2nd milestone. This allows you to do some work on the db schema/mapping while I'm working on the app and we can then proceed with the xml mapping. ** I will deliver an application that can work as a desktop app (with a winforms gui) and allow you to define db + ftp servers to run against as well as execute them one by one or all of them in one go; as well as it can be schedued from the command line so you can set it to run every now and then as you require, fully automated. It will, when run in UI mode, display any errors (db/ftp unavailable, etc.) and stop, or when run in automated mode, log to a file. My bid amount covers the above, should you need anything extra, however, I am ok to continue work and either factor it into the current bid amount (if it doesn't require a lot of effort) or can request and additional milestone later. Additionally, I will be available for any future related work going forward, at any time. I am ready to start discussing requirements over skype and getting started now!
