I need a small software utility to make main audio output (e.g. headphone/audio output) on a PC to Mono sound. MONO means mixing the stereo Left and Right channels together (summed) before reaching the audio output terminal and the result is that the Left and Right audio output / content on the computer output is IDENTICAL. The software affects only the audio output bus on the PC and does not change or manipulate the file being played back (e.g. movie file, song file etc) Requirements: 1. Windows platform (XP, 7 and newer) 2. should work with most PC sound cards/chips or laptop audio. Should be very low or no latency. 3. No installation of any kind. Needs to run standalone, no installer. The utility has no Window or GUI. It can be enabled (Mono) or disabled (normal stereo) by editing a text file (INI file) 4. source code is also required on completion thanks

I am very proficient in c, c++. I have 15 years c++ developing experience now, and I have worked for 5 years.
