Elevate Social Media Presence, Improve Outreach

I'm seeking a talented Social Media Manager to amplify the reach and engagement of my current platforms (TikTok 16.8k, Instagram 2,160, Facebook private group 450 members), and help establish myself as a trusted figure in the "spiritual" teaching domain. Overview: the teachings are based on the theory that everything in our known reality is empty and it’s only the meaning we place on things that create our experience of life. The theory is named after a conversation with a monk at a silent retreat in Colombia where I learned that I have the power to choose what I receive of others and what I reject. The theory is based on four principles: emptiness, meaning making, compassion and forgiveness Its title is The Brown Leaf Theory, so the styling should be brown/neautrals/sage. muted tones, tan, beige… no bright colours Summary: I need a strategy and content calendar (month by month to begin with). I need posting ideas that are creative and also useful for the followers - ways to engage on the private Facebook group, what topics to bring up on TikTok etc. Video reels would be high up on the list of what’s important. I will be providing raw videos. I also have a brand suite on Canva that would be useful. Also, I would really prefer that they operate out of the same or similar time zone to me (AEST) Key responsibilities will include: - Expanding the presence of our project on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok - Engage with a target audience of both men and women aged 25-45, who have experienced or are currently experiencing a toxic relationship. - Develop and post content that resonates with our audience, increasing brand awareness and establishing me as a trustworthy "spiritual" teacher. - I will respond to all comments - I need you to review the general feedback and recommend new posting ideas etc accordingly. - Develop progressive strategies to increase follower count. - I built a following this year on TikTok sharing my back story (how I came to discover my teachings) and have been quiet for a while now… I need someone to help me navigate the best course back into peoples minds from where I’ve left off. The ideal candidate should have: - Proven experience in managing multiple social media platforms. - The ability to detect trends and create posts that resonate with our target audience. - A deep understanding of establishing brand identity and increasing following count. - Experience in engaging and increasing interaction with the target audience. - A sense of spirituality or understanding of spiritual teaching is essential - the teaching is new and unique, so it’s important you fully understand what I’m trying to create. We can have a download session to cover all of this. I am looking for someone to help me on a weekly basis for about 4 hours per week.
