Hello There, For your requirement I propose following solution. 1- A share point list for storing and maintaining all projects with information like start date, end date, assigned to and documents as attachments. 2- Associate a workflow with project list to automatically assign the tasks to the user in assigned to field. 3- embedding a list view webpart of project list on home page with some indicators and graphical representation of projects to get an overview. 4- creating some alerts on project lists to send alert for delayed projects. The above approach is very simple and cost effective but if you have a budget we can deploy a complete project management server Microsoft Project Server. Project server can be installed on sharepoint farm. Let me know if you have any query. Regards
