Serious web designer programer needed for New concept website.

To Start I am not looking to pay anymore the $2000 for this work because I am supply most scripts for the job. If your budjet is over $2000 do not bid. First before we begin. If you do not agree with my terms for this job do not bother bidding. I have been on GAF for a while. I have hired many for projects only to be disapointed and money taken from me for no work. This will not happen again PERIOD. If you do not agree with my terms then do not bid. You will not be hired. Now I have also noticed that many here do not actually read descriptions. They just make bids before they even know what the job is. In my description I will put a VERIFICATION WORD. In order to bid on this project you must send this word back to me in a PM. Without this word I know you did not read description and your bid will be cancelled. For many years I have studied the Russian Women business. I have also made trips to the Former Soviet Union for this reason. I want to build a whole new way for Men to meet the ladies. I am not looking for someone to build a website from begining. I already have scripts that can be used and implimented. This includes clones of the most famous Russian Women dating sites. Cam girl websites (for view webcams). I also have my own server and bought the professional version of Adobe Flash Media Player to host the web cams. This cost me over $5000 to buy so you know I mean business. I have a clone of the website anastasiaweb dot com This website works on more then one domain name. It has a domain the MEN use and a domain the LADIES and the AGENCIES use. So basically I want to take this site and turn it into an independant website. What this means is when an agency signs up for my website they will have the ability in their own control panel (site I currently have has agency control panel. Needs to be modified) to make their own rules and prices. This site is cutting the middle man out of the business. I will take a cut of the agencies profits as rent for being on the site. Services the agency can offer is . Letter writting Instant Messanger Web cam chat Voice Chat I have scripts for webcam and voice chat. You will need to properly impliment them into the new site. Website will work on a credit system. Men will buy credits to communicate with ladies and use an agencies services. Example. 1 credit $1 An agency in their control panel will determin the price for their services by credits. Example. 3 credits to send 1 letter 1 credit for 5 minutes of webcam viewing 1 credit for 2 minutes of voice chat etc.... Agency can set time limits per credit. The site will still be set up like normal dating website where men can search profiles etc.... Also ladies belonging to agency should be able to log into their own accounts to search and write to men. The ladies will sign on through the agency page which is seperate link as Men will use. Would prefer someone with knowledge of the Russian language. Some of the text in the Agency control panel is in Russian. At the present the script I have is loaded yet it has some errors and kinks that need work. Credit and payment system etc do not work. I also want to have a feedback system in place similar to Ebay. This system will be for agencies. Men can leave feedback for an agency. This will give other men knowledge to the agencies honesty. If an agencies feedback goes below a certain level they will be removed from the website. All details will be hard to explain here. This is simply a website where alot will come into play as we get more involved. Keep this in mind when placing the bid for an amount. I understand this and am not here to cheat anyone. Now my terms. One YOU WILL NOT GET PAYMENT IN ADVANCE PERIOD. THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE. I have done this 5 times before and have been ripped off 5 times. NEVER EVER WILL I DO AGAIN. Just like you will work to make this website I work for the money you want as payment. It is an even trade. you give me website I give you money. I do not know if this is allowed to be said but the 5 times I was ripped off all suppliers were from the same country. This country is excluded from being able to bid on my project. VERIFICATION WORD COUGAR These are my terms. My rating shows I am a payer. You can host the site yourself. I am not trying to take it. Once finished to satisfaction I will pay then you load to my server. These are my terms and non negotiable. I do not care how good of a designer you tell me you are and only take money up front. Then go build for someone else. I will not pay. Been there done that and have been ripped off 5 times. I will not make an ESCROW payment either. I will talk with serious bidders until we have full understanding of the site in detail before making a decision on hiring the right person. I do not agree at all with the budjet standings of this website. The amounts are too far off. I want your budjet sent to me via PM. Do not bid high because budjet is high. I know many do this.
