Google auto suggest/ auto fill assistance

We are looking for somebody who specializes or has experience with influencing the google auto fill/auto suggest. We have a client who has a disgruntled employee that is trying to slander a good name. For instance when you start typing into google [client... you get to about the 6th letter and google auto suggests [client + complaints]. At first it just showed [client + complaints] then due to the fact that it populated at all, people started choosing it thus giving it relevancy and driving it to the top of the auto suggestions, once at the top Google then auto fills the page with all results from [client + complaints]. So we are specifically looking for someone with solid strategy to combat this negative slander and drive down "complaints" and/or remove it from auto suggest.
