We are looking for help in building a script, which will allow users to reflow text within the PDF (with different font sizes) whilst maintaining the formatting of a PDF document. For instance on iBooks, if you increase font, the text readjusts so that bigger characters but lesser amount of text is displayed, but without disturbing the overall format i.e. graphs/images positioning relative to text is maintained. We want similar functionality
out of a pdf.
**Input:** A PDF file
**Output:** A PDF file with the new font size but without sacrificing original formatting
Key Steps:
1. Identify various elements within pdf (could be text boxes, diagrams, tables, headings etc.)
2. Classify elements based on whether they can be resized (for instance, diagrams, tables can not be resized)
3. Develop code to resize the elements within the pdf. This could be a python/perl script
**NOTE:** We are not looking for just scraping text/images from a PDF but we want the relative positioning of items to be intact.
