Genetics/Bioinformaticvs only: I have certain human polymorphisms that I am interested in. In some cases tha structure of the DNA of this polymorphism makes it hard to analyze. In some cases neighboring polymorphisms are tightly linked to the polymorphism in question.... which could give me the chance of testing the neughboring polymorphism instead of the one i want.. and to deduce: if neughboring polymorphism = A, then my polymorphism = C Is there a resource on the web (NCBI or so) that can help me in determining if neighboring SNPs are linked?

i worked in my PhD on polymorphisms in XPC gene a genodermatosis and i have done bioinformetics analyses for many snp arround the gene to search if these snp affect some particular snp and there are many snp linked to athers fonctionnal snp described in publications so i have determine the relation for that
