Job Description
Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
Online biding on various platforms like freelancer, upwork etc
Responsible for account acquisition and retention.
Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
Conducting review meetings to mark progress and upsell with existing clients and new clients. Taking detailed minutes of these meetings.
Research and identify new market opportunities.
Work with other teams to devise strategies to improve customer experience.
Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
Sending out personalized and thought-out proposals to clients who request them (either new or existing).
Conducting meetings (in-person or Virtual) with existing and new clients.
Foster a collaborative environment within the organization
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience of 1-3 years in client acquisition and handling required.
Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Excellent Written and Oral Communication to be able to communicate persuasively and decisively in writing and in-person with clients.
Experience in project management and/or sales.
Systematic follow up is required to handle executions (interfacing between the client and delivery team) and for new clients to convert the sale.
Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
Sound Technical Knowledge as in being aware of Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing and Influencer Marketing developments and strategies as per client’s requirement.
High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
Shift Timings: Shift Timings: Flexi timings ( 8 hrs/day) including 1 hr fixed for meeting
Workdays : Monday - Friday
Job Type: Full Time
Salary - 30,000 p.m.
