Front end for CRM system, sales support

Our company is an ISP in Spain, www.conecta4.com. We use currently an open source CRM system called Vtiger. We want to create a user web user interface in order to provide to sales agents. Through that web interface the sales agent, using a username/password authentification will be able to enter a new lead, and access ONLY the information regarding the process of that lead, like install date, charged price, etc. He will not have access to other customers not related to him. In addition he will be able to have access to his commission of the succesfully install leads of him. The sales agent can also request payments of his commissions through that web interface. The sales agent can also generate problem tickets through his interface for his sold customers. The web proyect has to be linked directly to the CRM (vtiger) fields, so when the sales agent access or enters any data it will reflect inmediately in the CRM system. The sales agent will also be able, through his section, to request reports on sales leads. The sales agent will be able to open sales reps, within his own section, in order provide inidividual acces codes to his different sales reps within his organization. He can allso them to see all or not all information within his sales agent section. Also when a new sales lead is entered one or several emails have to be sent to certain address in order for the recipiant start processing asap. The web has to have an admin access, where new sales agents can be created and conditions, commsions and other rights can be activated/deactivated. This section needs to include reporting functions reagarding sales, revenue and other stats, either on a global basis or by individual. This section products and its prices will be defined and also if a sales agent has access to all or some of the products. The admin section will also be able to inform all or some sales agents on information of new products/information through email or notes on their section. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
