Bed Effect of Laptop
Laptops have become tremendously popular since their emergence into society. Despite the manifold benefits, however, they can pose some serious health risks
The majority of people are aware of the dangers of electromagnetic radiation coming from laptops, and what this radiation might be doing to our bodies. Fact of the matter is many appliances give off some radiation including television sets, DVD players, satellites, microwave ovens, computers, and of course mobile phones. These are all now such an integral part of our daily lives it is almost impossible to imagine life without them. Note book is very efficient and important tool for mankind. Now a day it’s been used in almost every field of human life but excessive usage of laptop computers is quite risky and it’s harmful for human life.
Usage of laptop computers have many bad effects , recent researches have demonstrate that the higher is the scrotal temperature, the higher is the possibility of damaging sperms and affecting the male's fertility. With the latest inventions of blue truth and Wi-Fi Internet connections and infrared connection humans are using laptops more differently (they are using laptop in their laps than on a desk). Mostly people adopt a posture which is not comfortable for the human body like (balancing the laptop on their lags which create Extra pressure on testicles). It has been scientifically proven that prolonged and continuous usage of laptops tends to lead damage to the fertility of the male .This leads to more and more men having decreased sperms levels where sperm counts seem to have dropped by a third in ten years. This is why it is advised that young men and teenage boys should limit the use of laptops to avoid losing their fertility. Mostly people using laptops having problem with their back, it is also often seen that people using laptops are not able to find comfortable sleep because of pain in neck and back-bones Excessive usage of laptops also tends to lead depression and mental fatigue which is strange and without a medical reason but that problem has been identified number of laptop users.
Symptoms associated with excessive usage of laptops are Fatigue, Inability to concentrate Headaches, Anxiety and Depression Psychological problems, Insomnia, Memory, lapses, Dizziness, Feeling breathless, Nausea
It has to be said that whether or not laptops are a health hazard is a controversial issue as there are those who say there is no evidence at all to back up these claims, and yet there are others who are passionately convinced that there really is a danger and that the negative effects are only going to get worse, particularly as more schools and other establishments install Wi-Fi on their premises and that this is going to impact the kids and their health in the future, compounded by the fact that these days many kids have laptops to do their homework, play games etc.
It is advised that people should not make excessive use of laptops and try to be as comfortable as they can while using laptops its batter to use a desk rather than using laptop on laps. This is the only way to reduce the health problems.
Remember, Nature has made things suitable for us; it is us, who make them unsuitable for us by mismanaging them.
