Script to register domain names

Need a fast script, that sends request to registrar to register domain names, it must send requests under 0.1 to 0.2 seconds to register a domain name the closest to 0.1 seconds the better. This script (code) will be worked on in the future to consistently upgrade it therefor more work will be needed and if the freelancer does a good job will hire him back. Steps: - i have an api to a registrar that you will use to send request to register the domain names - Would prefer the script to be build on python since it's the fastest but also accept php - script will be run on computer operating system windows - script will have the option for me to insert manually the domain names i want it to register and the exact time and date for the script to start running and sending requests to register the domain names. example youdothe [login to view URL] drops on 18/09/2020 at 12:00 gmt time zone will insert into the script domain name [login to view URL] and for the script to start running on 18/09/2020 at 11:50 gmt time zone. - must have 2 extensions. example .com or .net -deadline project must be completed on 20 or 21 to start testing and mus be functional on the 22 There is a very short time stamp for this project, need it complete before deadline. Looking with experience in this type of work. Budget will increase in the future.
