Python trading and API

After spending months trying to find a python tutor where i live and coming up stumps, i am now looking at getting the whole program coded for me. looking for a coder to write an auto trading script to link to Oanda's API very similar to the event based free code at [login to view URL], with some obvious customisations, like removing the back testing feature, and allowing for different time frames in the strategy. more sample code can be found at [login to view URL] as well as details on the API I don't care if you Frankenstein all the sample codes and use the excellent architecture from quantstart but the code will need plenty of comments. we can talk more about what i need from the strategy signal generator in private, but i don't see it being very difficult for a good coder. it also needs to be compatible with py3.4
