Plivo Phone Bot

We are a gift card site operator. We buy and sell gift cards, and currently have a dedicated team to manually call and check balances of cards we purchase, and also cards that we sell to confirm correct amounts on the gift cards. We are looking to automate this process, because we do not always need someone on staff 24/7 to check balances, so this would save us on a cost. What we need done. Program Should be able to be ran from a command prompt, no GUI is needed (unless you want to) Program should have the ability to select a configuration (phone number to dial, and the button presses needed to check the balance via automated system - example - call 800-222-222, wait for 5 seconds, press 1, (enter card number from [login to view URL]), then listen for balance and record it to a notepad document. Some phone numbers have a 3-4 digit code that is requires to be listened to, then to be entered to continue the call (this is called captcha) We need the BOT to listen for this 3-4 code, and "press" the digits needed to continue the call - This function would be something we could have configured in the different store configurations listed above. We are looking to get this project hired immediately. Other small/simple requests can be discussed if needed. Please only bid if your are confident on ALL of the above. We want this to be a smooth transaction. The CAPTCHA (3-4 digit code) is our primary concern as we already have a bot that can call "non captcha" phone lines.
