Create a small Windows/ Web desktop application to 1) use dropdowns based on external files (db or text), system values (date), and results of an API call to populate a Neo4j graph database (nodes and edges) via an API. Expect to populate around 10 fields. Will need to be able to create, delete, and amend nodes/ edges. Would also require a walkthrough of code so I can extend it myself later. Will be able to provide clear requirements. Must have excellent command of English.

I am an Oracle Certified Java Professional but simply put - I love Python. I have 2.5 years of experience working on core python and wxPython where I was involved in the design phase for the same. I highly suggest you use wxPython to implement your idea especially since you mention the word extensible. It's faster lighter has better support community( Led by Robin Dunn who wrote wxPython). It also takes lesser space than TkInter when you package the executable for your windows app. I'm new to Freelancer and am here just as a Python developer to stay in touch with the language and nothing else so hire me if you are looking for some one who loves to code in python.
