We have a program that was written for us in Python, version 2, which is now giving us an error: HTTPERROR: HTTP Error 403: Forbidden Look at the error screenshot: "ecfr error 403 [login to view URL]". Attached to this project are all of the files we have for this project. We need this fixed and rewritten in Python 3. I have attached to this project all of the files that we have access to. Click on the [login to view URL] file to run the program, keeping all of the files in the same folder. This project must be completed within 2 weeks. I have gone through your code and tried to fix the issue which is working fine for me in my system. I have fixed the 'HTTPERROR: HTTP Error 403: Forbidden' error issue. I have already worked in this e-CFR website in my previous retail project for ECCN data extraction. I got the same issue that you are facing now. It was bit challenging only.
