Update SQLite database with Google Places API data

Write a program in python that reads a list of businesses (given business name and business address) from a SQLite database and update the SQLite record with the following data from the Google Places API: - lat - long - Google URL - business website - phone number - opening hours Additional Business Table Fields - lastUpdate - enabled Attached is the SQLite database. Requirements: - If database record has different data than what was retrieved, update the database record and save the current date/timestamp as lastUpdate. - If lookup fails because the location is closed or no longer exists in the Google API set enabled to false. - Use python ODBC modules to interface with SQLite, because I might want to use a different database later - Comments in each code block (4-6 lines) in English - Ability to use a network proxy if desired (configurable in code) - Must be able to retry query if it fails for networking reasons - 3 times max (configurable in code) - Standard logger should be used for status output (no stdout), text should be in English - Use json for data retrieval from Google Places API - All Python modules should be able to be run on Linux, no Windows only modules.
