Hiring a VA to do basic task that a VA does, this is a long term position and how I would like to set it up is similar to the retainer concept. Will pay weekly you need to be computer/internet/PDF/word/skype/whatsapp/ and overall tech savvy. Good english skills are preferred may need to make a call here or there. I need to be a little more detailed as I have had issues in the past. This position will require that you are a good under pressure and most importantly good with deadlines. You will have a pivotal role between duties relative to business. You must be able to be organized and also be able to educate yourself and quickly in things you are not associated with. You must be a quick thinker and also be able be responsive during hours agreed upon, You will have a probationary period to assess your skills, if you pass we will continue on and add more duites. You need to be a fast learner and very adaptable and you have to be able to multitask. Also must be able to be professional and not take critiques or constructive criticisms personally.
