Hi, I was intrigued by your project post. I am very much interested to pursue. I am an Industrial Automation professional since 2016. I am experienced with PLCs of different manufacturers. I have been a part of Application designing and Commissioning of different control systems in Oil & Gas industry. I also have been part of certain migration projects like migration of Yokogawa Centum CS3000 to Centum VP or the migration of Old Allen Bradley SLC PLCs to new Control Logix PLCs. I am also familiar with ISA standards and worked on all IEC 61131 Programming Languages. As per my understanding you are migrating from old Modicon Quantum PLC to TBox RTU and you need a PLC programmer to reprogram as per Modicon Application. This will require Reprogramming as there is no provision of conversion. The PLC and RTU are not compatible with each other. The Task is interesting and much more doable. I will need the following information: 1. Software Name and Version of both Modicon Quantum PLC and that of TBox (MS is suitable to migrate a Modular PLC) 2. Will software be provided should I win the project? 3. The backup of Modicon Quantum PLC application will be required. I am available for an interview at your earliest convenience.
