I want someone to create a Spoof Call/SMS website that uses [login to view URL] API that allows clients to... 1. Spoof their phone number to a desired phone number 2. Change their voice ([login to view URL] offers a voice changer, before a call is placed user should be able to make their voice sound like a "Man" or "Women". 3. Send spoof messages using [login to view URL] API (thats their domain) 4. There should be a landing page 5. A login/register/TOS/PasswordReset page 6. Buy credits page (Credits are used to place calls/texts) 7. Customers can save their call recording 8. Use paypal api for payments 9. Please be sure to design everything (please no "lorem ipsum" or filler text on final product) 10. Site design should look modern, responsive on mobile phones and clean. 11. FAQ, About Us, Pricing, Contact Us, Terms of Service. 12. Support ticket system 13. Built on SQL 14. There should be a "heartbeat" file that keeps track of the duration of the call. The "heartbeat" will deduct "x" amount of "credits" per minute of the call. Admin panel should have access to. 1. Set price per minute of the call 2. Set price per call (no matter what a call will deduct "x" amount of credits) 3. Set cost per text message (send and receive) 4. User List (edit user, add funds, reset password, etc) 5. Enable Maintenance Mode 6. Call Logs (total duration, how much was charged, call status) 7. Text Logs (sent) 8. Black List System (add certain phone numbers so users cant call/text/use them). 9. Create custom packages for "x" amount of credits for "x" amount of dollars. 10. Send mass email 11. Enter [login to view URL] credentials

In the last point you said enter zang io credentials. Whose credentials ? Customers or yours?
