Write some Software

We have a PHP based system or suite of software (on a Linux platform) which accesses mySQL databases. We would like to have an interface program written in PHP code so that information from a mySQL table (eg. names of opening and closing XML tags) can be read and then converted into XML format, along with the XML data itself (stored in another mySQL table) to then be sent to an external client using the SOAP method. The code would need to be written in the most generic way possible so that it can be used over and over again. More frequently now, we have clients who want data sent to them via XML/SOAP rather than via poststring/URL (a common way we transmit data at present). Would need to discuss this over the phone (or on skype) along with email of course, in order to clarify anything that you are unsure about. Main skills required would be PHP, mySQL, XML, and SOAP. Further work (or subsequent projects) would require coding in AJAX, and more work for you will entirely depend on the quality and outcome of the work in this project. If this is something you think you can do in a relatively short period of time, and can complete within a few days (at most, or between 10-15hrs for example) from the point after which we've clearly communicated the project and its requirements, then please put yourself forward.
