I need two online surveys (about 13 questions each - about 80% similar to each other) about career paths. One will be answered by the younger people and on by the older people. Most questions are either single or multiple choice ones. The main question, is a specific grid of all the possible possitions where the candidate will mark either his path through the years (older staff), or the path he wishes to have (younger staff). So for example someone may mark 1 next to the clerk position, 2 next to manager, 3 next to the area manager position and so on indicating his path in the company so far - the biggest number being his current place (or, for the yournger his dream position!). Following this question will be one where all his selected positions will be displayed and he will have to choose which skills were needed for each one. The surveys will be hosted on my server and they must be written is such way where one wont need to login but the unique url will make sure if it was already answered,left midway or completed. The results should be easy exported and the career path should be indicated on the grid (like a map).
