There are 7 basic areas that need to be created. 1. Home page Welcomes the user to the site and also offers them a list of all the catagories, google ads, related sites etc. 2. Catagories List of all the php areas that the site covers. 3. The actual page Google ads, the code they came for and an explanation about it. (eg it is a bit of a tutorial site) 4. Working examples On the actual page to show the person using the code what it does - if it is not appropriate we can have an off-site link to show what it is like 5. Search To search all the actual pages. 6. User Panel Anyone can make an account and then post their own turorials on the site (need to be moderated before they appear - admin panel) 7. Admin panel From here most of the site can be changed: * Catagories add/removed * Related site links add/removed * Member accounts can be edited * All articals can be changed *******Small additions that i would like******** * Mailing list - to send from the admin panel, list to be stored in MySQL * Recomend to a freind * Upload software packages for people to download (instead of the normal page copy and paste). * Featured artical (editable in the admin area) * Most popular * E-mail the admin form (i can write basic things like this) I also would like to have a brief explanation about the files you send me on completion (nothing too complicated). eg: [login to view URL] - change this to change what the site looks like. The project will be the basis for a php resource site.
