[login to view URL] Here is a web service that displays the automotive industry standard for vehicle applications. They provide matching of parts to year make and model via the upload of a spreadsheet that the user fills in. During the matching process they do not return the full configuration for every match found. I will need the matching portion to provide every detail available in the relational database. this will be used to match different part types to the exact vehicle model and possible configuration. Also there should be some facility to exclude a certain configuration example would be that if a part fits all submodels except "SRT" the data in the submodel would read "{SRT}". If the part fits only submodels "SRT" the data in the submodel column would be "SRT". When matching the vehicle with the configuration there should also be a facility to match multiple configurations. Example would be that if a part fits all submodels except "SRT" and "Overland" the data in the submodel would read "{SRT, Overland}" If the part fits only submodels "SRT" and "Overland" the data in the submodel column would be "SRT, Overland". Being able to report multiple part types is the key here as the brake pads may fit all models but the rotors are different for the SRT and Overland sub models. I do have the VCDB relational database and can provide the data with a map of how the data is to be matched. Let me know if you think you are up to the task. Willie
