Web Server Admin WHM, cPanel, mySql jobs

The main aim of this job is to move a live osTicket website and 2.5GB database from an old plesk server to a new VPS running WHM/cPanel. I have created a VPS using WHM and cPanel. I have created a primary domain and subdomain in cPanel. I have installed LetsEncypt addon and enabled it. I have uploaded the primary website files and mySQL database for the primary domain and tested website is working ok (although no SSL) by changing my hosts file to redirect to temp URL. On the newl VPS: - Configure LetsEncypt SSL in WHM / cPanel to automatically enable SSL for all domains and automatically update (I have already installed AutoSSL and LetsEncrypt addon but the domain I have created is not picking up the SSL). - Copy osTicket files and mySQL database (2.5GB) from old server to VPS to a subdomain (details to be provided). - Upgrade osTicket to latest version. - Ensure VPS security is configured and provide a report. Finally, I will update domain DNS to point to VPS server and test. It's important there is no downtime for my client so that their ticketing system will simply work uninterrupted if possible. For this reason I will update the DNS update outside office hours UK time (7pm UK time). Thank you
