Greetings! It is possible to archive past data from Unicenta. All the registers(daily reports), orders & payments related data from a particular period can be archived and deleted from existing database. We can retain product, category and taxation related information as it is. The backed up database can always be used to connected to your unicenta to view historical data given that you are using current unicenta version. I believe you are using MySql. Can you please share you unicenta version?
