We are looking for freelancer who can troubleshoot and solve our website bugs. Our website is a wordpress site and we are having the following problems and some other problem(s) that we may not know. We had tried to restore to earlier backup even dating back to 6 months ago but we still can't solve the problem 1) The admins are unable to login but some lower hierarchy users can login. However some time the lower hierarchy can't login as well. 2) Unable to get new password despite click on forget password 3) Unable to send enquiry from our website since late Nov 2017. Previously when click on enquiry, we will receive email pertaining to the enquiry. 4) There may be other problems that we may not know and we suspect there are bugs / virus / hacked by people. We look for freelancer who can solve it for us in short period of time or rework a whole new site for us in short period of time. Currently we can only access the server through terminal access. Do ask me if you need further details.
