Here is how things will work - 1. There will be two types of users, admin & employees. 2. Admin will create employees. 3. Admin will be able to create projects / works. 4. Each project / work will have multiple task with a start date time & end date time. 5. The project / work and also the tasks will be assigned to the employees by the admin. 6. For the employees they can find the assigned tasks on their dashboard after they login. 7. The tasks on the employee dashboard will be shorted as per the starting date & time in ascending order. 8. There will be a KANBAN BOARD. Which will enable to track ongoing tasks, past tasks or any other custom label that you add (e.g. Urgent) 9. When employees start a task of a project / work, there will be a "START" button, pressing on this button will make a timer to start, and the start button will be replaced by a red "STOP" button. The timer will stop when the "STOP" button is pressed. 10. If there is one task running (timer is on), the employee can NOT start another task until and unless the previous task timer is stopped. 11. Total time taken will be calculated by the timer. 12. In the report section it will list the tasks the employee was assigned and time taken, estimated time (that the time should have taken) etc. If these sounds good then please leave a message.
