Modifying a PHP plugin on my website, some CSS edits, and a mobile application

I am looking for a skilled developer to assist me with the following modifications to my website and plugin: CSS EDITS: Multiple author bug Article view mobile APP DEV: Community dedicated app PLUGIN MODIFICATIONS: Pin messages All emoji reactions Integrate games Editing messages Auto-add to group based on site role & custom fields Mention roles Link petition For the CSS edits, I had a previous freelancer make it show multiple authors at the top of the article page if there were any. It would show, "Caleb Ellis" for one author, "Caleb Ellis & Clarissa Choo" if there were two, and "Caleb Ellis, Clarissa Choo, & John Doe" if there were more than two, and so on. Currently, this is broken. See photo. I like it like that, but it is too bunched up in mobile view. I want the borders (On mobile view only!) to be more toward the edge of the screen. See photo. Leave the desktop view as is. I want a simple mobile application to be made for the community of my website. [login to view URL] (You'll need an account to view) The community is a PHP script installed on the server ([login to view URL]) I want the app for iOS and Android platforms. I want it to be more than just a mobile web view, as I can do that currently. I am looking for an application that will make using the community on mobile easier. I need some major edits to the community. I want a pin icon to appear at the top bar of a group page. (See photos) When you click on the arrow by a message, and dropdown menu appears. I want the ability to pin messages to be here, and they will be saved in a tab that can be opened by pressing the pin icon at the top. I only want moderators and admins to have this ability, so add it to the permissions panel in site roles. You can add reactions to a message (See photo). I want the default reactions that show to be the same style as the ones in the full emoji panel (see photo). To the right of the emojis, I want a plus sign (see photos). Clicking it will open the whole emoji panel, and then you can leave a reaction with any emoji. You can create a custom page in the community, and it will appear on the left menu. I want a page called, "Community Games". See photo for concept page. At the top will be buttons for different games, members can chat on the right-hand side, and all can see and participate in the games. I want three games, Hangman, Pictionary, and Fishbowl. Something like these ([login to view URL] [login to view URL]) You may create the games yourself, or send me the links for code to buy, and I will purchase the code and you may integrate it. I want a button at the top that will show the leaderboard for all of the community members who have played that game. I want to be able to edit messages that have been sent in the community. When opening the dropdown menu for a message, there should be an 'edit' button. Currently, groups have an 'Auto Add Users on Signup' feature. I want that to be 'Auto Add Role'. So when a user is granted the 'Verified' role, they will automatically be added to that group. Also, user profiles have two fields asking if they are MKs or TCKs. I want to be able to auto-add them to groups based on their response. Currently, you can mention a user by '@username'. I want this to expand to '@role' as well. e.g. '@moderator'. If a member sends a message with a link, I want the message to be highlighted red and show 'pending'. Then that will create a petition (system already there) A mod or admin can allow that message to be sent, or delete it. Only show the pending message to mods, admins, and the user who sent it. Add this to the permissions panel. My budget is $1500 USD, and I would like it to be done in 2-3 months.
