Modify an uber clone into 1 app "client & providers" in the same time.

I have a taxi Uber-like app of Mysql/php admin panel + 2 IOS app “client & provider “+ 2 android app “client & provider “. I have no client or provider . User can provide message or other services to other users and he also can receive services. -So I need to merge the 2 accounts of “client & provider “ into 1 account . So, I have one app for both “client & provider “. In the same app you can request service and accept requests as well. -Also user can pay by his credit or balance at admin company that he collected from services he /she provided to other users. So app should show current user available credit on his app screen. I do not need haggle or hassle. My budget appear near my [login to view URL] there is no need to ask me about my budget again.
