We need someone to develop(design and code/build) a simple mobile application for a HR software. WE need IOS and Android versions of the app, we will organize and provide developers account. 99% of backend is developed as we have a working browser version of the software. Might have couple of endpoint missing but those can be created promptly as we work together on it. Functionality will be very simple and limited allowing: Candidate to: see his/her personal information, current/future/past jobs(bookings) and timesheets, accepting job offers, submitting timesheet hours, letting know your availability Client Contact: to see his/her personal information, current/future/past jobs(bookings) and timesheets, submitting timesheet hours, reassigning timesheet to another Client Contact related to Client Company. Rating candidate after timesheet submission. Tracking Candidate contact location within shift period range and allowing tracking to start 1 hour before shift start. I've attached design sample from our browser version so you could design in some similarities so user could feel "familiar" with the app. We are looking for someone with good experience in creating simple and logical user experiences. I've attached excel file to to briefly give skeleton for menu/buttons/functionality. There might be minor deficiencies but it is pretty much what is needed.
