Membership and graph site

I need a site to do the following functions on a membership site with forms and graph display from data extract: A) Data load and extract A zip file must be loaded by clients Zip file must be extracted to obtain data Data must be displayed in graph format Display must be printable to pdf with front cover Average (per category and total) and history graphs is required Each employee or dependent must be able to fill a questioner and be able to edit it (a form with many questions and some option to select the answer and some to type the answer) Male and female data differs from each other B) Registration of client: Clients can be: 1. Family There is main member and dependants 2. Company Here I need setup of employment levels Registrations of employees under the employer group ID The employer needs to draw report of the employee levels to see average health conditions and a history graph Employee data can be imported as well as individual registrations C) Payment system This is a membership site and each employee is charged to the company and each family dependent is charged to the main member.
