Martial Arts School Student Wordpresss Plugin

I own a martial arts school and when it is time for students to test for their next belt rank, Here is what I would like - a system to manage who is testing and auto promote them to the next rank if they pass testing. Wordpress Plugin to : Student database program that will: Remove all payment info and address… 1) Have name, belt color, age, and what class type (kids, adults, etc) and a history of their testing (dates they tested) 2) I want to choose those who are testing with a checkbox (toggle)— only choose members who are qualified to test for next belt level. If chosen, they show up as testing. If not marked, they do not show up. 3) On Day of testing, I have black belt judges who will then see a list of the people testing from the list of students I choose (from #2) - They they can select which students to evaluate from the list by choose only a few students to grade 4) Then when they choose the names, it goes into new page with only the names of the students they chose showing. From that page when they choose a name, it goes to the student file, where they can make notes and comments about the student for that testing date. 5) They can also go back to the original list and select another student and do the same. 6) Any changes made will show what judges made the note on what day for the student. 5) The judges will have different toggle boxes to evaluate students using iPads. They should be able to only see the students the picked to judge from the list of students testing. 6) After testing Students can then later look up their information and get judge comments by choosing the date of the testing. 7) If a student passed, I mark them as passing and then get moved up to the next belt rank. 8) Students will need to be able to log into their own account to see the dates of their testing, who the judge was, and the comments from the judges. 9) Judges will have a checkbox to choose from that grades the students(I want to be able to add these—such as nice kick, kick higher, yell louder) and some blank boxes for custom comments. I also want a student to be able to enter their name and it will show their current belt rank, when their next testing date will be, and how much testing fees will be based on their current belt rank.
