Magento2 Refer a friend module

The discount has to be confirmed manually by an operator 14 days after the products purcased by the friends a full price are recieved. The full price of the discounted purchase has to be equal or lower then the other 3 friends's purchases. There must be a code generator which creates a referral code for the friends to type in when making the [login to view URL] system works in chains so after the first consumer gets the discount off the other threes, they can too go looking for friends and get a discount for themeselves. If the person doen't find any friends to get discounts he can still buy the product at full price and then if there are others who bought the product at full price, at an equal or higher price point then him, those purchases can be considered his "friends" and he will get the discount. For example: 1° consumer 700 euros 2° consumer 850 euros 3° consumer 320 euros (70% discount as he found 3 friends) 4° consumer 500 euros 5° consumer 800 euros 6° consumer 730 euros 7° consumer 970 euros 8° consumer 650 euros n°1 can consider n°2 his first friend so he will get the up to 30% discount, but he can't consider n°3 for his discount since he bougth the product discounted, and he cannot even consider the 4° one as one of his friends because he payed less than n°1, therefore he will only get a discount for having 1 friend. n°2 will not get a discount n°3 already has it n°4 will get a discount for n°5 n°6 n°7 (all higher prices than him) n°5 will not get a discount n°6 will not get a discount n°7 will not get a discount n°8 can get a discount if the people after him payed and equal or higher price without any discount We must be able to set different deadlines for the various systems, so for example you can preorder and look for friends for up to 9 months so if someone who has no friends their discout for that chronological order system has a 10 months deadline before they receive the refund, to avoid any problem with people finding friends last minute.
