When you scroll up on this webpage: [login to view URL] the grey Page Nav bar should become sticky as soon as it touches the White Nav bar. Right now the grey nav bar goes behind the white nav bar and then jumps back down. We want this to be a smooth transition. We need someone to provide us the code to fix this issue, or we can provide access to our website for him/her to fix.
