Finish Existing Wordpress Website to include paid membership access- Please read carefully

Please read this description carefully as I have very specific software experience needed. I need a person or team experienced with the following: -WordPress (I have an existing site, wouldn't mind changing themes) -Ultimate Membership Pro (I already have a paid license and installed on my WordPress site) -Buddypress or similar social network plug-in to host my own social media within my membership site. -MailChimp (I have an existing email list) I already have the Domain, Wordpress, Mailchimp, and Ultimate Membership Pro set up. I just need someone to save me some time and offer design help to add BuddPress (for the social interractions of members) and make sure all of it looks seamless from the 4 peices of software. The website is about 75% done, I'm hoping to find someone to put the finishing touches on it and work with me to make sure I know how to maintain it after the job is done. What we are creating: I want to make sure that my vision is understood. I am a book author, and the ideas presented in the book will be taught and practiced in a private membership group. So I want my website to have a public blog and book sales pages, but a monthly subscription membership that has access to more content, and a social-media platform within the membership for collaboration between my members. I also offer a free weekly newsletter and need to have special communications for members-only. I already have the Domain, Wordpress, Mailchimp, and Ultimate Membership Pro set up. I just need someone to save me some time and offer design help to add BuddPress (for the social interractions of members) and make sure all of it looks seamless from the 4 peices of software. I am a book author and course leader. I want to have a WordPress site that can support multiple blogs on one site. Some posts for the public, some only for paid members. I want a paid membership section of the site that includes it's own Social Media Application (like buddypress) so that the members can collaborate. I'm familiar enough with the above software to make cosmetic changes, add pages as needed, and do maintenance. In fact, I've already done 80% of the work to set up Ultimate Membership Pro. What I need from you: Help me get BuddyPress (or equivilent), Mailchimp, Ultimate Membership Pro, and a good WordPress Theme all integrated and ready to launch. A little design work might be nice, but mainly I just want someone to finish all the set-up of these integrations to save me the time of having to learn it all as I go. If you are familiar with all of the above applications, this will be very easy and fast work from a technical standpoint. But I need someone willing to communicate, make changes, and answer questions I may have that will allow me to maintain the site properly once it's finished.
