In order to resolve your problem I need to make some manual changes to a file that OpenVBX uses to send you notifications for which I need access to the web server where you hosted OpenVBX. I know it sounds risky to give access to your hosting account to some unknown person but you should be rest assured that I'll only change the required file and won't touch any other files. You can revoke the access after project completion.
