hello, I saw the pop up, there's multiple possibilities: -it currently uses sessions instead of cookies -it uses cookies but with a very short time interval -there's a js error preventing the cookies from working correctly -there's a php error preventing the cookies from being stored correctly I can find which of these cases is the one making your popup behaving this way and fix it.
