CSV inventory connection with Magento 2

We want to make a simple CSV connection with our Magento 2 store. Every night a supplier updates it's CSV feed. What we want to achieve with this connection: New products are added to the assortment -- When the supplier adds a new product to their assortment, it should not immediately appear on our website. We first need to add some data to it, before turning it on. We need to receive a message that new products are added to their assortment. Whenever we are ready, we need to be able to turn them on manually so they appear on our website. These products need to be disabled by default. However, whenever we turn them on as enabled they should appear on the website. Products that got deleted from the assortment -- When a product gets deleted from the CSV file, it needs to be removed from the website. Also, there should be an automatic 301 redirect. Product is out of stock -- If a product is out of stock, an “out of stock” notice will appear on our website. Some products we don’t want to have online anymore (manually turning them off) -- There are some products in the assortment that we don’t like. We want to turn them off manually without changing one of the above products to online (when they should be offline)?
