CodeIgniter Energy Analysis

I have a partially coded project in CodeIgniter which needs some additional work. 1. There are a number of pages set up to input fields of information about energy consumption into the MySQL database. The client would like to combine all of the separate input pages into a single page where all the input for a specific building can be entered. This provides for a manual way to enter building energy use data. 2. There are some files generated by Energy Modeling programs that contain the Building Energy Use data that could be used to mass import the data into the database. Unfortunately these are mostly in a .SIM file format (essentially a text file). The files are rather large and the data to be extracted is buried pretty deep in the files. The client really wants a way to be able to extract the data from the .SIM file and import it into the database. The client has provided an Excel file that is set up to locate and extract data from a SIM file into itself. I'll provide the .SIM file and the Excel file upon selection of a programmer. It will be preferred to manipulate the SIM file using Excel or some other process locally to create a file suitable for import to the database. The clients us PC computers. 3. Similar to 2 above, there are some HTML files and some .csv files that contain data that may ned to be imported to the database - depending on what the client decides about the final reports to be generated. I'm looking for a skilled CodeIgniter programmer to work on an hourly fee basis to get this work completed.
