Build me a website

I want a website to be built similar to the below: "[login to view URL]" but much simpler than that, with following : I want to build a website that displays coupons or offers of different vendors for different products (I am not selling anything myself, just coupons or discount offers) in the form as shown in example website provided above. Customers must be able to create profiles in my website to alert them regularly of good discount offers(very basic is enough, so that rest I can build myself if I want). Suppose: Customer enters my website. He wants to view available offers on say a 'smartphone' If he does a search for generic category (like 4gb RAM smartphone) - he should be able to see a list of all phones in that category (many thumbnails or list views), and name of affiliate seller (like amazon or flipkart) with discount offers on each. When he makes a choice with one of the items selected from the thumbnail list, he exits from my website and affiliate link would take him directly to the corresponding vendor, like amazon or flipkart based on his choice. would like to update the number of customers that purchased items for each item (by confirming from the affiliate vendor from sales that is made through me). Thats all.
